Matching Gift Companies
The Linn-Mar School Foundation is an authorized non-profit organization that may receive matching funds from the following businesses and other charitable foundations to benefit the Linn-Mar School District. To participate in a matching gift program, donors must be active, full-time employees (not spouses) of the participating company and make a contribution of at least $25.00 from personal funds (cash, check, credit card or marketable securities) DIRECTLY to the Linn-Mar School Foundation. To apply for matching funds, donors should:
- Obtain a Matching Gift Application Form from the participating company
- Complete Part 1 of the form, including a Social Security number and exact date of the gift
- SIGN the form
- Mail the ORIGINAL form with the donation to the Linn-Mar School Foundation (3111 North 10th Street, Marion, IA 52302)
